Kai

Kai came to us with four other dogs. He came from a property where him and 35+ other dogs lived outside. Kai is about 3-4 years old, based on behavior. They all had absolutely no socialization with people. Although the foster home is working with him, he is unsocialized and will need lots of patience and love in any new home.

Kai recently lost his bonded pair – Luna.  He is now learning how to be part of a larger pack. He is currently in a foster home where he is getting some training and rehabilitation.  He is still leery of “the humans” but will allow pets and offerings of treats.  He is learning how to use his voice and has started singing with the other huskies in the house.  He is gentle and kind and needs a ton of love and patience.  But he is so worth the effort.
